I am excited to announce my new Weekend Immersion Wine & Food Pairing Course series. It is home-based at Copia: The American Center for Wine, Food & the Arts in Napa. Although there is probably no better place to come learn about wine than wine country, I will also offer wine course immersion weekends in selected cities around the country. In all of my classes you will learn to taste and pair like a pro, techniques for knowing what a wine will taste like just by looking at the label, and you will taste more than $1500 of world class and collectible wines, paired with delicious foods.
